We are seeking a highly skilled Power Electronics Engineer to join our digital power applications team for Digital Signal Controllers (dsPICs). As a senior member of the team, you will work with a global team to define, develop, and test Model-Based solutions for various digital power applications such as PFC, DC-DC, and DC-AC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct system modeling, simulations, analysis, and translate solutions to hardware.
  • Functional testing using hardware-in-the-loop, firmware-in-the-loop.
  • Implement solutions for automated code generation, unit testing, and verification.
  • Develop and review peripheral models for specific microcontrollers.
  • Enhance modeling capabilities, processes, and tools for expediting release of applications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and translate into system models.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering or Master's degree with 6+ years.
  • Expert knowledge in MATLAB/Simulink, Coder, Simscape, etc.
  • Fundamental knowledge of power converter topologies and control theory.
  • Understanding of Microcontroller Architecture, C/ASM Programming Experience.
  • Basic understanding of ASPICE, MISRA standards.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical materials effectively and produce good quality engineering documentation.
