Your Role
We're seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in payroll compliance and documentation. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze documentation needs, evaluate effectiveness, and provide proactive recommendations to ensure a high-performance culture. You'll also be responsible for documenting and building a library of standard operating procedures (SOPs) around payroll compliance, audit framework, and payroll risk management.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze documentation needs and provide recommendations to ensure a high-performance culture
- Document and build SOPs around payroll compliance, audit framework, and payroll risk management
- Work on payroll compliance monitoring trackers and prepare data-driven periodic reports
- Become an expert in the payroll documentation, audit, and risk framework at Remote
- Support the wider team with projects and incidents to transform and improve compliance and processes
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $33,000 to $74,000 per year, based on location, experience, and qualifications. Our benefits package includes unlimited personal time off, quarterly company-wide day off for self-care, flexible working hours, 16 weeks paid parental leave, mental health support services, stock options, learning budget, home office budget & IT equipment, and budget for local in-person social events or co-working spaces.
