Beschreibung der Position

Wir suchen einen Service Engineer, der sich auf die Automatisierungstechnik spezialisiert hat und Erfahrung in der Digitalisierung von Industrieanlagen hat. Der Kandidat wird Teil eines Teams sein, das sich auf die Implementierung von Lösungen für die Industrie 4.0 spezialisiert hat.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Bearbeitung von Projektvorbereitungen, Wartungs- und Reparaturplanungen für bestehende Kunden
  • Identifizierung neuer Möglichkeiten zur Steigerung des Service- und Projektgeschäftes auf bestehenden und neuen Kundenanlagen
  • Wissenstransfer innerhalb der Serviceabteilung, in Koordination mit anderen Serviceingenieuren
  • Planung und Realisierung von Projektgeschäften vor Ort beim Kunden
  • Beteiligung an komplexen Aufgaben und Analysen von Störungen, einschließlich der Durchführung von Analysen von großen Mengen an Informationen
  • Planung der praktischen Umsetzung von Systemdesigns und Architekturen
  • Beteiligung an der Ausarbeitung von Angeboten, Verbesserungskonzepten und Analysen
  • Unterstützung bei der Analyse und Behebung von Fehlfunktionen und Diagnosen der Systeme
Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker oder ein Studium / Meister / Techniker mit Schwerpunkt Automatisierungs-, Informations- oder Kommunikationstechnik
  • Kenntnisse in der Prozessleittechnik sowie in Rechner- und Netzwerk-Topologien
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich der Informations-Technologie - und Operations-Technologie (OT), insbesondere Windows mit den Schwerpunkten Betriebssysteme, Netze, Infrastruktur oder Speichersysteme
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Programmier- und Betriebssystemen (Windows)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und zusätzlich gute technische Englischkenntnisse
