**About the Role**

As Assistant Department Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the department meets its sales targets. You will analyze KPIs, develop strategies to improve performance, and motivate your team to achieve excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
* Analyze KPIs to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales
* Motivate and train team members to achieve excellence
* Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement operational guidelines and innovative technologies
* Ensure an optimal flow of goods and present products in the best possible light
* Represent MASSIMO DUTTI to colleagues and customers
