We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Department Manager at Massimo Dutti. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a team of sales associates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage department budgets and sales targets, analyzing KPIs to inform business decisions
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Recognize and develop talent, working closely with the management team to provide individual training and development opportunities
  • Ensure an optimal flow of goods and maintain a visually appealing store environment, utilizing innovative in-house technologies
  • Collaborate with the area team and participate in regular training sessions to stay up-to-date on company initiatives and best practices
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience and promoting Massimo Dutti's brand values
