Certification and Quality Project Manager

The Institut National du Cancer (INC) is a leading organization in the fight against cancer, and we are seeking a highly skilled Certification & Quality Project Manager to join our team.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of certification initiatives within the healthcare sector, ensuring that projects are completed on time and in line with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and implement certification initiatives within or across multiple hospitals, ensuring projects are completed on time and in line with quality standards.
- Collaborate with hospital management, clinical staff, quality officers, and data protection officers to facilitate the certification process.
- Promote best practices in quality management, supporting hospitals through the certification process and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Track the progress of certification projects, preparing detailed reports for key stakeholders.
- Assist the care network coordinator(s) in daily operations to maintain a high standard of care and compliance with certification requirements.
- Lead the process of defining requirements for a common database to collect quality indicators and a standardized tool for conducting national tumor boards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the care network(s) and within the INC, supporting continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Degree (Master, Bachelor, or similar) in a relevant field of expertise, such as healthcare management, life sciences, social sciences, or public health.
- At least 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably within the healthcare sector, with experience in quality management or certification processes highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare sector and quality management principles.
- Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Very good command of English and French and/or German, with knowledge of Luxembourgish an asset.
