You will work closely with business leaders to design and implement business processes, and provide guidance on system recommendations and potential risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate the implementation of new Workday functionalities, changes, and enhancements.
  • Use project management and agile skills to guide initiatives from planning through to delivery.
  • Consult and coach process owners and collaborators on business process design and system recommendations.
  • Design and lead Workday design discussions to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Maintain strong connections with business and functional leaders.
  • Validate business needs and document requirements for improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday releases and continuously build product knowledge.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Workday implementation and project management.
  • Strong business analysis and process design skills.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
