About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to join our Digital Hub team at SAP. As a Working Student, you will play a key role in supporting our Talent Experience Team in various enablement topics, with a special focus on onboarding new talents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Talent Experience Team in enablement topics, including onboarding new talents
  • Independently handle administrative tasks to support the leadership team in technical onboarding of new hires
  • Develop and participate in innovative projects, initiatives, programs, and events to acquire and promote talent
  • Create and implement a coordinated talent program for new hires across all seniority levels, functions, and teams to foster a collaborative digital mindset
  • Build communities and create offers for employee exchange
  • Support in creating personalized digital assets, such as business cards, photos, and videos
  • Maintain internal communication platforms, including Microsoft SharePoint and SAP Workzone
Requirements
  • Degree in marketing, communication, social sciences, business, management, or similar
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Independent work style with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication and conceptual skills, with a confident appearance
  • Affinity for social media, asset, and video creation, with good IT understanding
  • Very good knowledge and secure handling of MS Office applications
  • Fluent English and German language skills
  • Experience in the field, including first internships in communication, industry, or start-ups
