About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented working student to join our Employee Platform Team at SAP. As a working student, you will play a key role in supporting the development and maintenance of our internal web applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance and updates of information material for various target audiences in different formats
- Consultation on SAP One page templates, content quality, user-centricity, and best practices
- Support for quality initiatives
- Project support in relation to change management and communications planning
- Management of the SAP One Professional Community
- Success measurement and reporting
Requirements
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: studies related to communication or similar
- Computer skills: Good MS Office applications skills, such as Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Language skills: Very good verbal and written English and German
- Hands-on mentality with a positive can-do-attitude
- Interest in exploring new ways to effectively communicate within a virtual organization
- Proactive driver of assigned tasks and deliverables
- Strong team spirit and interest in and some talent for communication tasks
