About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Analytics Specialist to join our Marketing Effectiveness practice at Nielsen. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to help them assess the impact of their marketing activities and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth.

As a Senior Marketing Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for leading marketing mix modeling projects, analyzing large datasets, and developing actionable insights to inform client marketing strategies. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead marketing mix modeling projects to help clients optimize their marketing budgets and improve return on investment
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform client marketing strategies
  • Develop actionable insights and recommendations to drive business growth and improve client outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results and ensure client satisfaction
  • Mentor junior team members to develop their skills and expertise

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, economics) or a related field
  • 4-5 years of experience in marketing analytics or a related field
  • Advanced knowledge of statistical modeling and data analysis techniques
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
