Senior Project Developer

The Role

As a Senior Project Developer, you will lead the full project development lifecycle and business development activities across various technologies. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and coordinating all aspects of the project, from engineering to construction and legal
  • Negotiating contracts with internal and external bodies, including grid operators and landowners
  • Providing progress reports to support decision-making and ensuring timely delivery
  • Identifying and mitigating risks and developing effective solutions
  • Bringing in new project opportunities through your network and expertise
The Person

We are looking for a candidate with a background in renewable energy project development, although other backgrounds will also be considered. The successful candidate will have:

  • A strong understanding of project development and business development principles
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in German (C1 level or higher)
  • Leadership skills and the ability to work independently
