About the Role

  • Support the European CRM Systems Team at Mazda in delivering outstanding customer journeys and experiences across all European markets.
  • Contribute to the development of new consumer experiences, from journey design to implementation, using first-party data flowing into Mazda CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with the team to curate a strategy for ensuring smooth data flow to allied MarTech ecosystems.
  • Provide reporting and presentations on project progress, problems, and solutions to Consumer Intelligence Manager/Team Lead.
  • Engage with third-party vendors to guide and coordinate platform-related incidents via Service Now.
  • Organize and support regular project meetings with cross-functional teams at Mazda Europe and European markets.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support daily operations for Mazda's European CRM platform.
  • Engage in benchmark analyses for CRM Cloud solutions to inform strategic management decisions.
  • Create newsletters for all European markets highlighting CRM Development and Consumer Intelligence Platform achievements.
  • Contribute to the CRM Platform Roadmap and Consumer Intelligence Vision & Strategy.
  • Support Mazda User Management requests based on market-specific needs and roles.

Your Profile

  • University degree in International Business, Marketing Science, Consumer Behaviour, or a comparable field.
  • Previous experience in marketing is a plus.
  • Experience or enthusiasm in marketing/CRM and/or similar fields is preferred.
  • Comfortable presenting in front of audiences.
  • Strong consumer focus, with persuasive, plausible, calm, and pragmatic communication skills.
  • Advanced command of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Data-driven mindset, ideally combined with experience in analytics tools like PowerBI.
  • Passion for digital marketing and customer-centric strategies.
