Logistics Planning Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated Logistics Planning Expert to contribute to our cross-functional E2E planning project. As a process owner for Logistics Planning, you will shape the future of fabless semiconductor business at Bosch Sensortec GmbH.

Key responsibilities include aligning internal customer requirements, deriving solution approaches, and coordinating implementation with our IT department and Bosch central departments. You will also be the competent contact for our planners and adjacent areas in both operational support and implementation of new functionalities in our SAP and JDA/Blue Yonder systems.

Additionally, you will identify and enable optimization measures, and perform user training to achieve improvements in performance and functionality to achieve operational excellence within daily operations in logistics.

Requirements
  • Personality and Working Practice: Highly motivated and willing to drive change; Independent style of working with the ability to decide and drive decisions; able to deal with ambiguity
  • Experience and Knowledge: At least 5 years work experience; Expert knowledge in planning and control of complex logistics networks; practical experience with SAP (minimum key-user level); knowledge in BlueYonder is a plus
  • Languages: Business fluent English and German
  • Education: Completed university studies (master's degree/diploma) in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics or a comparable subject
