Logistics Specialist Apprentice

Are you interested in learning about logistics and the processes involved in supplying spare parts to Mercedes-Benz? This apprenticeship will teach you what perfect warehouse logistics, transportation, and the material flow behind it look like.

As a logistics specialist apprentice, you will be responsible for organizing and planning optimal material flows and turnaround times with the help of computer-controlled logistics systems and autonomous means of transport. You will also be picking customer orders, creating route and loading plans, and checking and compiling accompanying documents and shipment data.

Key qualifications for this role include basic commercial understanding, organizational talent, good German language skills, and solid basic knowledge of mathematics. If you are a motivated individual with a sense of responsibility, diligence, and a precise way of working, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

The Reutlingen Logistics Center is an important location in the After Sales division at Mercedes-Benz. It acts as a link between the Global Logistics Center Germersheim and our customers throughout Germany and ensures every day that our spare parts are stored using state-of-the-art warehouse technology and then delivered to our customers in the right quality and quantity.
