Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior CRM Manager to play a crucial role in developing and executing our CRM and communications strategy. This role requires a deep understanding of CRM tools, data analysis, technical infrastructure, and customer behavior. You will be responsible for managing two critical lifecycle stages: early retention and our subscription model.
Key Responsibilities- Fully own the CRM strategy and execution for our subscription model, focused on increasing adoption by retaining and reactivating users;
- Fully own the CRM strategy for the early retention stage, focused on increasing order frequency in the first 28 days since the first order;
- Manage a 5-digit monthly budget to achieve monthly targets;
- Work closely with other lifecycle stages to create a cohesive lifecycle strategy;
- Partner with Marketing Tech and Customer Insights teams to develop your strategy;
- Collaborate with Local Marketing, Growth, Creative, Data, Commercial, and Engineering teams as key stakeholders.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in CRM management, preferably within the e-commerce, retail, subscriptions, or grocery delivery industry;
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful CRM strategies and lifecycle management;
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools;
- Excellent understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and personalization;
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Braze, Iterable, Segment, or similar;
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously;
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
