Job Title: Senior CRM Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior CRM Manager to lead our dynamic team of CRM professionals and drive our international newsletter growth strategy. As a key member of our CRM team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our customer communication, optimizing performance, and fostering a high-performing team culture.

Your Key Responsibilities:

* Increase flaconi's CRM newsletter growth in all international markets by monitoring campaign performance on a daily basis and ensuring that targets are met
* Further develop our holistic newsletter strategy based on customer and business requirements to increase engagement, sales, and customer retention
* Plan, manage, and improve customer communication
* Lead, mentor, and develop the CRM newsletter team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
* Ensure effective project management and organization within the team to meet deadlines and achieve goals, as well as ensure effective collaboration with stakeholders

Your Profile:

* Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM with a strong focus on performance, creativity, and at least 1 year of experience in a leadership role
* Fluent skills in English and German, paired with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* In-depth knowledge of driving engagement, sales, and growth within newsletter marketing
* Extensive experience in managing newsletter campaigns with a focus on mobile optimization and scalability
* Proven success in audience building, A/B testing, and performance analysis
* Experience with CRM systems and ESPs Emarsys, Braze, Salesforce in a dynamic and digital environment
* Strong leadership abilities, with experience in team management and development, and a hands-on mentality
