Überblick

Als Equipment Manager bei Lidl Stiftung & Co KG bist du Teil eines dynamischen Teams, das sich auf die Logistik und den Transport von Waren konzentriert. Du wirst eine wichtige Rolle bei der Überwachung und Steuerung der Depotbestände spielen und proaktive Planung der Lokal- und See-Positionen durchführen.

Aufgaben
  • **Depotbestände überwachen und steuern**: Du wirst in enger Kooperation mit den Agenten die täglichen Depotbestände überwachen und steuern. Dazu gehören die Analyse der Bestände, die Identifizierung von Optimierungspotenzialen und die Entwicklung von Strategien zur Verbesserung der Effizienz.
  • **Fleet Equipment analysieren**: Du wirst die Analyse des Fleet Equipment zum Thema Lease-or-Purchase durchführen, wobei du den Bedarfs-Forecast berücksichtigen musst.
  • **Unterstützung bei Maintenance & Repair**: Du wirst die Bereiche Maintenance & Repair, Equipment Analysen und Work Orders unterstützen.
  • **Stammdaten eintragen**: Du wirst die Eingabe von Stammdaten für Equipment und zugehörige Module im IT-System durchführen.
  • **Prozesse optimieren**: Du wirst die Überprüfung und Optimierung der Prozesse in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Digitalisierungs-Team durchführen, einschließlich Testing und Rollout.
  • **Kostenanalyse**: Du wirst die Kostenanalyse für den Equipment Bereich durchführen, einschließlich Storage, Handling, Repositioning und M&R.
Dein Profil
  • **Ausbildung**: Du hast eine Ausbildung als Schifffahrtskaufmann, Schifffahrtskauffrau, Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
  • **Logistik-Erfahrung**: Du hast Erfahrungen im Logistik-Umfeld, vorzugsweise bei einem Carrier, Freight Forwarder oder einer Reederei.
  • **Equipment-Erfahrung**: Idealerweise hast du Erfahrung im Bereich Equipment.
  • **Prozessorientierung**: Du hast ein hohes Maß an Prozessorientierung und End-to-End-Verständnis.
  • **IT-Affinität**: Du hast eine hohe IT-Affinität und analytisches Denken.
  • **Organisationsfähigkeit**: Du hast eine gute Organisationstalent und Kommunikationsstärke.
  • **Sprachkenntnisse**: Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
