Project Manager Technical Building Equipment

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project manager to lead our technical building equipment projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our building services projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement building services projects, taking into account sustainable and economic optimization
  • Establish and achieve project goals, including quality, schedule, and cost
  • Lead and manage new build and renovation projects, ensuring compliance with technical, financial, and aesthetic requirements
  • Coordinate with all stakeholders, including government agencies and regulatory bodies
  • Ensure compliance with the Speicherstadt Design Manual and preservation requirements
  • Manage project risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to mitigate or capitalize on them

**Requirements**

  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or architecture
  • Proven experience in project management, particularly in complex and time-sensitive projects
  • Experience in developing and implementing building services projects, including HOAI phases
  • Proficiency in CAD and tendering software, such as Orca-AVA
  • Experience in preserving and renovating historic buildings
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Relevant qualifications or experience in electrical engineering or a related field
