Job Title: Senior Supplier Quality Engineer

Responsibilities:
  • Lead Lean Management Initiatives with suppliers to drive sustainable improvements and cost savings.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement programs to enhance supplier performance and manufacturing processes.
  • Support supplier selection and qualification processes to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and implement corrective and preventive actions for non-conformities in products and services.
  • Monitor supplier performance KPIs and analyze manufacturing processes, quality records, and complaints to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Establish initiatives with suppliers to ensure the implementation of improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous improvement of products, services, and processes.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electronics, or Medical Engineering.
  • Six Sigma certification (Green Belt minimum).
  • At least 5 years of experience in leading supplier development programs.
  • Proven experience in Lean Management and Quality Management.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and make decisions in difficult situations.
