Senior Supplier Quality Engineer

Responsibilities:- Lead the development and implementation of supplier quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate quality risks associated with supplier-manufactured products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure they meet our quality and performance expectations.
- Conduct supplier audits and assessments to evaluate their quality management systems and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide technical guidance and support to suppliers to help them improve their quality management systems and processes.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to address quality issues and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement quality management systems and processes that meet regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or quality management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supplier quality management or a related field.
- Proven track record of improving supplier quality and performance.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
