Enterprise Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Manager / Global Remarketing Specialist to join our EMEA VR Sales team at TES-AMM Central Europe GmbH. This role focuses on selling and bidding on (used) enterprise materials while optimizing sales output and pricing.
Key Responsibilities- Sales:
- Sell (used) enterprise materials from our EMEA entities into the global market, ensuring best values are consistently obtained
- Support inbound sales with data and updates to win tenders
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Optimization:
- Analyse market trends and data to optimize sales strategies
- Implement pricing strategies to maximize profit between entities
- Continuously assess, improve, and share sales processes and methodologies
- Support internal service delivery teams
- Reporting:
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development opportunities
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure sales targets are met and/or exceeded
- Minimum of 5 years of proven track record in enterprise sales
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a pressurized, fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using MS office, CRM software, and other sales tools
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Fluent English skills both verbal and written
- Strong communicator
- Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and works well under pressure
- This position may require occasional travel
