Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Procurement Coordinator to join our team in Düsseldorf. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for coordinating sourcing and procurement processes, working closely with international suppliers to serve our MCC countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management of procurement at METRO AG to serve MCC countries
- Analyze Category and supplier performances on different levels
- Contribute to the improvement of procurement processes and quality of our service
Requirements
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Food Engineering, or Economics
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team and handle Microsoft Office and Teams applications
- Authentic, honest, curious, result-oriented, and proactive individual with a strong interest in food/near food product development and HoReCa customer needs
