Digital Solutions Team Leader - EMEA Airlines Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Solutions Team Leader to join our team in Bad Homburg, Germany. As a key member of our Airlines Services Engineering team, you will be responsible for leading a unit of highly skilled team members in delivering tailored solutions to our EMEA customers.

Key Responsibilities

As a Digital Solutions Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a unit of team members in delivering digital solutions to our EMEA customers
  • Ensuring the operational excellence of the team
  • Coordinating unit, package, and non-regression tests of software
  • Developing and implementing technical solutions to meet customer requirements
  • Managing HR activities and procedures related to the team
  • Fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience in the airline and/or travel domain
  • Excellent knowledge and practice in agile methodologies (Scrum and SAFe)
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
  • Good knowledge of Airline Solutions Digital vision and existing solutions
  • Good knowledge of Web and client-side technologies (Angular, React, REST/JSON APIs usage)
  • Familiarity with complete product development lifecycle, including production support
