About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Solution Architect to join our team at Corporate Business Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and leadership in HCM implementation, migration, and rollout projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients on SAP HCM technology and implementation
  • Lead and manage HCM projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Analyze functional requirements and design IT solutions to meet business needs
  • Conduct testing and documentation of software solutions to ensure quality and compliance
  • Coach and mentor team members on technical and methodological aspects of SAP HCM
  • Evaluate new SAP technologies and support the development of knowledge and skills within the team
  • Support sales efforts and provide technical expertise to clients and prospects
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP HCM development or architecture
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP HCM development and multiple SAP technologies (ABAP, ABAP/OO, Fiori/SAPUI5, OData)
  • Experience in HCM modules such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Payroll (PY), and Time Management (PT)
  • Proven track record of delivering technical SAP HCM projects (migrations, interfaces, reporting)
  • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors or Workday integration is a plus
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to travel occasionally within Germany
