About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Consultant to join our team at Corporate Business Solutions. As a key member of our Human Capital Management team, you will be responsible for delivering expert-level consulting services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients in implementing Human Capital Management processes using SAP solutions
  • Conduct presales activities, provide support for workshops and events, and serve as a knowledgeable contact for clients on SAP HCM topics
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Human Capital Management
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP HCM consulting, application management, or a related field
  • Deep knowledge of SAP HCM modules, including Time Management (PT) and Compensation Management (PY)
  • Proven track record of delivering successful SAP HCM projects
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
