Job OpportunityWe are seeking freelance teachers to join our team for the upcoming Bachelor Prep Program Technology English. The program is designed for international students who require language and subject-specific courses to access German universities.
ResponsibilitiesAs a freelance teacher, you will be responsible for preparing students in Mathematics, Physics, and Computer Science, including exercises and tests for the final examination. You will conduct the final examination together with other teachers.
The subjects you will be teaching include:
- Mathematics (Elementary mathematics, curve sketching, integration, extreme value problems)
- Physics (Statics, kinematics and kinetics of rigid bodies, electromagnetic fields, DC circuits)
- Computer Science incl. introduction to basic Python programming
To be a good fit for this role, you should:
- Have good knowledge of the respective subject
- Have at least one year of experience in teaching groups of at least 5 students
- Communicate fluently in English (speaking and writing) incl. relevant subject-specific terms
- Have intercultural experience (advantage)
- Have a work permit for Germany
- Be located in Berlin
