The Role
Website Management:
We're looking for a skilled E-commerce Operations Manager to maintain and update our website content, including copy and images, across all our stores using Sanity and Shopify. This role involves ensuring all stores remain current and accurate to keep up to date with acquisition campaigns and content changes.
Product Management:
The ideal candidate will set up and create new products in Shopify and Sanity across all stores for our seasonal rotation. They will also manage the product catalog, updating existing listings, and removing out-of-stock items. Additionally, they will update product pricing in alignment with acquisition campaigns and support with creating technical briefs, providing input to both frontend design and backend processes.
Team Support:
We're looking for a collaborative team player who can work closely with the E-commerce team and promptly report any issues that could impact the customer experience. The successful candidate will also work cross-functionally with performance marketing, operations, and B2B teams.
Requirements:
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced E-commerce Operations Manager who possesses:
- Excellent understanding of e-commerce platforms, with Shopify being a must and Sanity being a nice to have.
- Fluency in German and English, with Dutch and French being a plus.
- Experience with subscription business models being a plus.
- Strong project management and organisational skills that make it easy to prioritise and multitask effectively.
- Ambition and a desire to take the next step in their career, into a team lead position.
- Autonomy and the ability to work independently, but also enjoy being part of a team and working cross-functionally.
