E-commerce Operations Manager

We are a dynamic start-up company that values communication, ambition, and a positive attitude. We are looking for a talented individual to join our E-commerce Team as a Junior E-commerce Support Manager.
The Role
Website Management:
- Maintain and update website content, including copy and images, across all our stores using Sanity and Shopify.
- Ensure all stores remain current and accurate to keep up to date with acquisition campaigns and content changes.
Product Management:
- Set up and create new products in Shopify and Sanity across all stores for our seasonal rotation.
- Manage the product catalog, updating existing listings, and removing out-of-stock items.
- Update product pricing in alignment with acquisition campaigns.
- Support with creating technical briefs, providing input to both frontend design and backend processes.
Team Support:
- Collaborate closely with the E-commerce team and promptly report any issues that could impact the customer experience.
- Working cross-functionally with performance marketing, operations, and B2B teams.
Requirements:
- Excellent understanding of e-commerce platforms, Shopify a must, Sanity nice to have.
- Fluency in German and English are a must. Dutch and French are a plus.
- Experience with subscription business models a plus.
- Strong project management and organisational skills that make it easy for you to prioritise and multitask effectively.
- Ambitious and looking to take the next step in your career, into a team lead position.
- Autonomous and capable of working independently, but also enjoy being part of a team and working cross-functionally.
