At Ventura TRAVEL, we're on a mission to unleash the adventurer in every person. As a Travel Specialist for South America, you'll be part of our team that makes travelers experience the true South America by offering amazing trips and unique experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Sell and promote high-quality, authentic group trips to German-speaking clients.
- Manage trip preparation and follow-up to ensure a smooth experience for our travelers.
- Provide excellent customer service in German via email and phone.
- Coordinate reservations with our flights department and local service providers in South America.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for your trips.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and/or the tourism industry in group travel.
- Native-level oral and written knowledge of German (at least C2).
- Passion for customer service and sales.
- Experience traveling to South America and a desire to make it your professional focus.
- Fluent oral and written knowledge of English.
- A positive attitude and ability to stay cool in busy times.
- Freedom to be creative in achieving results.
