About the Role

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, and will be expected to meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, including scheduling meetings and demos
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales plans
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, including revenue and lead generation
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements
  • At least 3+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the IT services industry
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Fluency in German and English
