Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Senior Product Owner für unsere Digitalisierungsabteilung. Als Produktbesitzer werden Sie für die strategische Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Lösungen in der Finanzbranche verantwortlich sein.

Aufgaben
  • Als zentrale Ansprechperson für Kunden in strategischen, fachlichen und methodischen Herausforderungen
  • Moderation von Workshops mit Entscheidungsträgern
  • Priorisierung fachlicher und technischer Anforderungen im Product Backlog und Steuerung der Erstellung sowie Umsetzung von User Stories
  • Entwicklung werthaltiger Lösungen im Team gemäß der strategischen Roadmap der Kunden
  • Entwicklung der strategischen Kooperation mit Banken und Technologiepartnern in Digitalisierungsvorhaben
Voraussetzungen
  • Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung als Product Owner in Bank- und Fondsgesellschaften
  • Sehr gute Produkt- und Prozesskenntnisse im Kontext Kredit, Wertpapier oder Zahlungsverkehr von Bank- und Fondsgesellschaften
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in agilen Umfeldern und Methoden
  • Hohe Analyse- und Konzeptionsfähigkeit sowie Proaktivität
  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- (mind. C1-Niveau) und gute Englischkenntnisse
