Senior Product Owner— Battery Analytics

Your Mission

We are seeking a Senior Product Owner to play a pivotal role in defining the vision and driving the execution of our battery analytics and lifecycle management platform. As a Senior Product Owner, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, working closely with development, design, and stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge solutions that meet the evolving needs of the battery industry.

Your Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role, ideally within the battery industry, automotive, energy storage, or a technology-focused environment (e.g., AI, IoT, data analytics).
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of battery technologies, lifecycle management, or analytics platforms. Experience with AI-powered analytics, marketplace solutions, or data platforms is highly desirable.
  • Agile Methodology: Proven experience working in agile development environments, including managing sprints, backlogs, and user stories.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize based on business and customer impact.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements.
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to identifying problems and finding creative solutions that enhance product functionality and user experience.
  • Stakeholder Management: Experience working with external stakeholders, such as battery manufacturers, OEMs, recyclers, or energy companies, is a plus.
