About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Planning and Reporting Specialist to join our team at Bertrandt. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operation and continuous optimization of our standard planning and reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Master Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date master data for financial and additional reporting, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • User Access and Support: Administer user access rights, provide general end-user support, and communicate downtimes during system upgrades.
  • Process Compliance: Ensure compliance with processes and guidelines by checking the plausibility of content, process steps, and responsibilities for requests.
  • Change Management: Receive, coordinate, and complain about user requests, check requests or change requests for completeness and plausibility, and request cost estimates from the IT department for changes and/or new implementations.
  • Testing and Documentation: Test new functions and document the results (user acceptance test) in connection with the implementation of change requests or system upgrades.
  • Training and Support: Conduct training courses and provide manuals for users.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or dual study certificate in Business Administration or Information Technology.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of work experience in Finance and Controlling, Shared Service Organization, or Information Technology, with experience in master data maintenance in a data steward role being an added advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Technical skills and technical affinity in reporting systems & tools, preferably SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Analysis for Office (AfO).
  • Soft Skills: Process thinking, team-oriented, and structured working style to promote effective collaboration across Business Units and Functions.
  • Language Skills: Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are mandatory.
