Corporate Planning and Reporting Specialist

Position Overview

As a Corporate Planning and Reporting Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency of our planning and reporting systems utilized across both local and international divisions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • System Optimization: Supporting the ongoing operation and enhancement of standard planning and reporting solutions.
  • Data Management: Maintaining master data for financial and supplementary reporting.
  • User Administration: Managing user access rights and providing general support to end users.
  • Communication: Informing stakeholders about system downtimes during upgrades.

In executing these tasks, you will ensure adherence to established processes and guidelines to maintain data integrity and consistency:

  • Request Management: Evaluating the plausibility of content, process steps, and responsibilities for user requests.
  • Coordination: Receiving, coordinating, and addressing user inquiries.
  • Change Requests: Reviewing requests for completeness and feasibility, and obtaining cost estimates from the IT department for modifications or new implementations.
  • Testing: Participating in user acceptance testing for new functionalities following system upgrades or change requests.

Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions and developing user manuals.

Qualifications
  • A completed bachelor’s degree or dual study certification in Business Administration or Information Technology.
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in Finance and Controlling, preferably within a Shared Service Organization or Information Technology, with a focus on master data maintenance.
  • Proficiency in reporting systems and tools, particularly SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Analysis for Office (AfO).
  • A structured, team-oriented approach with strong process thinking to facilitate effective collaboration across various business units.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
