IT Support Consultant - MS 365

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen IT Support Consultant, der sich auf die Verwaltung von MS 365-Systemen spezialisiert hat. Als Teil unseres kleinen, zentralen Teams wirst du uns bei der Gewährleistung einer reibungslosen Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit innerhalb unserer Gesellschaften und über alle Standorte hinweg unterstützen.

Deine Aufgaben
  • 1st und 2nd Level Support: Du bearbeitest alle Nutzeranfragen zu MS 365, Windows 10/11 und MacOS.
  • Benutzerpflege: Du übernimmst die Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten in Entra und lokalen Systemen.
  • Onboarding: Du unterstützt bei der Einrichtung und Bereitstellung von neuen Geräten sowie der Aufnahme neuer Mitarbeiter in Systemen und Tools.
  • Dokumentation: Du erstellst und pflegst technische Dokumentationen, einschließlich Konfigurationsanleitungen und Problemlösungsdokumente.
  • Schulung und Weiterbildung: Du führst Schulungen und Workshops durch, um das Wissen und die Fähigkeiten unserer Mitarbeitenden im Umgang mit MS 365 zu verbessern.
Dein Profil

Wir suchen nach jemandem, der sich auf die Verwaltung von MS 365-Systemen spezialisiert hat und sehr gute Kenntnisse der Clientsysteme Windows 10/11 und MacOS besitzt. Eine sichere Kommunikation auf Deutsch ist unerlässlich. Du bist sehr kommunikationsstark über alle Level hinweg und kannst dich gut in Fragestellungen hineinversetzen.
