- Provide exceptional customer support, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor delivery dates, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Develop strong relationships with internal departments, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Correspond with business partners, maintaining open and effective communication.
- Perform general organizational and administrative tasks, including master data entry and maintenance.
- Completed commercial training (wholesale and foreign trade or equivalent training) and at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with a good understanding of numbers.
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written.
- Good MS Office knowledge, SAP knowledge is an advantage but not absolutely necessary.
- Customer-oriented entrepreneurial thinking and actions, with a passion for dealing with and contacting customers.
- Structured, conscientious, and responsible work approach.
- Intercultural understanding and teamwork skills.
