Job Title: Sales Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team at Approach People Recruitment. As a Sales Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our Sales Managers, handle correspondence, and assist with trade show participation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Correspondence in German and English
  • Advising prospects and customers on products, services, and sales terms
  • Providing administrative support to Sales Managers
  • Trade show participation
  • Administration of social media activities
  • Preparatory accounting and managing incoming invoices
  • Handling of guarantee claims and other end consumer matters
  • General commercial and organizational duties
Requirements:
  • At least 4-5 years of prior experience in an administrative position and office management
  • An appetite for administrative tasks and versatile position
  • Team player
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Autonomous
  • German fluent (ideally mother tongue) and excellent knowledge of English
