AQA-TtM Purchased Parts Quality Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager for Purchased Parts AQA-TtM to join our team at Bertrandt. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met in the production process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and evaluate our suppliers in the production process using the APQP method and conduct APQP activities jointly with the supplier.
  • Coordinate collaboration on APQP-related issues within the project team and with suppliers.
  • In the event of relevant quality risks that cannot be resolved by the supplier or project team, escalate to the management level.
  • Be responsible for agreeing and defining reference patterns with suppliers in consultation with internal customers.
  • Evaluate and release first sample inspection reports (ISIR, EMPB, PSW) from suppliers.
  • Conduct audits, process verifications (Full Run), and pilot runs are within your scope of work.
  • Update the "Project Status List Purchased Parts" and the APQP status report, and continue to record and maintain records and documents in PDM and other systems.
  • Present the project status for purchased parts at project reviews, customer meetings, and audits on a regular basis.

Requirements

  • You have a successfully completed degree in the field of production/production technology with a focus on quality management or can present a comparable degree.
  • You have comprehensive knowledge of the requirements of ISO 9000 ff, QS 9000, and VDA 6.3.
  • Good English skills in word and writing are expected.
  • You convince through negotiation skills and assertiveness.
  • You enjoy communication and are contact-strong.
  • You are flexible and show high commitment and self-initiative.
  • Regular business trips are part of your working day.
