Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Corporate Services Accounting Officer.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and contacting tax specialists, lawyers, and notaries to set up funds.
You will also work on the day-to-day operations of the funds, following up with third parties, including investors and clients.
Additionally, you will handle the company's accounts, collaborate in the preparation of periodic reports and regulatory reports, and review financial statements and consolidated accounts.
Your Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and contact tax specialists, lawyers, and notaries to set up funds.
- Work on the day-to-day operations of the funds and follow up with third parties.
- Handle the company's accounts and collaborate in the preparation of periodic reports and regulatory reports.
- Review financial statements and consolidated accounts and coordinate audits.
- Review tax returns and tax balances and maintain relevant contacts with tax authorities.
- Respond to clients' requests in terms of tax planning in close collaboration with external tax advisors.
Your Profile:
- You hold a university degree in Accounting & Finance or Economics.
- You have 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in the fields of domiciliation or audit.
- You are fluent in English and German, with knowledge of French being an asset.
- You possess team spirit, the capacity to build strong client relationships, and take initiative to act without waiting for direction when appropriate.
