PALTRON GmbH is seeking an IT Network Specialist (m/f/d) to enhance our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee, refine, and advance the internal network systems.
  • Work closely with the IT Security team to swiftly identify and mitigate security risks, including firewalls, internet proxies, and mail gateways.
  • Engage in organization-wide IT initiatives aimed at enhancing the IT infrastructure, such as implementing email encryption solutions or upgrading wireless networks.
  • Maintain high standards of IT infrastructure quality while complying with established IT protocols and guidelines.
Required Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in the IT networking domain, with foundational knowledge of network architectures (LAN, VLAN, WAN).
  • Familiarity with OSI layers (IPv4, IPv6, etc.), network appliances (e.g., Clearpass), and HPE/Aruba hardware (switches, WLAN).
  • Basic understanding of hybrid cloud environments, particularly in Microsoft Azure.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with a strong commitment to quality.
