Leitender Manager für SAP-Angebote (m/w/d)

In der Position des Leitenden Managers für SAP-Angebote spielst Du eine zentrale Rolle, indem Du zusammen mit Deinem Team die kontinuierliche Verbesserung eines unserer zentralen Angebote, SAP on Any Cloud, vorantreibst. Dies umfasst die Festlegung, (Weiter-)Entwicklung, Abstimmung und Definition der entscheidenden Elemente des Angebots SAP on Any Cloud, wie beispielsweise Inhalte, Leistungsbeschreibungen, Kalkulationswerkzeuge, Go-to-Market-Strategien sowie Präsentationen für Kunden und Vertrieb.

Deine Hauptverantwortlichkeiten:

  • Überwachung der finanziellen Kennzahlen des Angebots (Umsatz, Aufträge, Rentabilität) und gegebenenfalls Definition und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Optimierung dieser Kennzahlen
  • Planung und Durchführung von Initiativen zur Weiterentwicklung des Angebots im Rahmen des Portfolio-Strategie- und Innovationsprozesses
  • Vollständige Abbildung des Angebots in den aktuellen Tools des Angebotsmanagement-Lebenszyklus
  • Planung und Durchführung von Schulungsmaßnahmen für den internationalen Vertrieb, Service Delivery Manager und die Bereitstellung

Für diese Rolle wird ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Ingenieur- oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder (Wirtschafts-) Informatik vorausgesetzt. Ein tiefes Verständnis des SAP-Produktportfolios, insbesondere in Bezug auf neue und innovative SAP-Themen, sowie Erfahrung mit Managed Services für SAP bei T-Systems sind erforderlich.

Darüber hinaus sind mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Projekt- und Portfoliomanagement sowie in der funktionsübergreifenden Führung virtueller Teams notwendig, zusammen mit mindestens 3 Jahren Erfahrung in der Entwicklung, Implementierung und Durchführung von Go-to-Market-Strategien und -Konzepten.

Deine Kompetenzen umfassen:

  • Umfassende Kenntnisse der Angebote und Dienstleistungen verschiedener Cloud-Anbieter
  • Zertifikate relevanter Schulungen bei Cloud-Anbietern wie Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP
  • Ausgezeichnete Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf fachlicher Ebene mit einem Fokus auf C-Level
  • Hohe analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, vertrauensvolle Partnerschaften auf Managementebene aufzubauen
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge klar darzustellen und zielgruppengerecht zu präsentieren
  • Verhandlungssichere Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens B2-Niveau)
