Job Title: Tax Transformation Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Transformation Manager to join our team at KPMG. As a Tax Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for leading the transformation of our clients' tax functions, leveraging your expertise in tax technology and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of tax transformation strategies for our clients, leveraging your expertise in tax technology and process improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize tax transformation opportunities, and develop business cases to support investment decisions.
  • Design and implement tax technology solutions to improve tax process efficiency and reduce risk.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in tax technology and process improvement, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our clients' tax functions.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as tax, accounting, or finance.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in tax transformation, tax technology, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading tax transformation projects and delivering results.
  • Strong technical skills in tax technology, including experience with tax software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
