As an ICT Associate, Business Analysis at PNUD Argentina, you will play a key role in supporting the organization's digital transformation efforts and ensuring the smooth operation of our technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and support for the Unified Volunteering Platform and other volunteer management systems
  • Conduct business analysis for PNUD Argentina applications related to volunteer mobilization and management
  • Assist in testing new functionalities and systems development projects
  • Facilitate knowledge building and sharing through training sessions and best practices dissemination

Requirements:

  • Secondary education with certification in computer science or related field (university degree preferred)
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in business analysis and programme support
  • Experience with web-based management systems and project management
  • Fluency in English, knowledge of an official UN language is a plus
