Sales Director Romania

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Romania. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team in Romania, ensuring quality consistency and sales growth.
- Identify and acquire new customers, as well as up-sell to existing customers.
- Analyze market trends and competitors' activities, and develop strategies to respond to these.
- Perform high levels of response, being fast-reacting, flexible, and effective in attending customers' demands and exceeding their expectations.
- Regular visits to HQs for specific activities.
- Improve internal processes, workflows, and minimize time bottlenecks.
- Communicate results periodically and specific needs to the Area Manager.
- Identify and coordinate specific customers' needs with BUL and BDMs, in product lines (e.g., new products, accessories) with R&D and Product management (if existing) in coordination with the Area Manager.
About You:
We are looking for a professional with relevant experience as an External Sales Manager, experience in managing a team, negotiation skills, and projects/activities prioritization.
