Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Bipolar Berlin. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for supporting our Artist Managers in the care and management of our Bipolar Artists.
Key Responsibilities- Event Planning and Coordination: Collaborate with our Live Agency, Sales, and Brand teams to plan and organize public performances, events, and PR activities.
- Artist Travel Planning and Coordination: Plan and coordinate travel arrangements for our artists, including scheduling and calendar management.
- Content Creation: Develop and implement creative content strategies for our artists and releases, including presentation design and development.
- Marketing Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for our artists and releases, including budget calculation and cost negotiation.
- Research and Daily Business: Conduct research and manage daily business tasks, including communication with partners and stakeholders.
- Release Management: Collaborate with our Artist Managers and Artists to ensure smooth release planning and execution, including communication with partners and stakeholders.
- Experience: Minimum one year of experience as a trainee or assistant in the media and/or agency industry.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and ability to present oneself confidently.
- Pop Culture and Music Knowledge: Strong knowledge of pop culture, music streaming services, and social media.
- Teamwork and Creativity: Ability to work in a team, high level of creativity, flexibility, reliability, discretion, and loyalty.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and excellent English language skills.
- Driver's License: Possession of a valid driver's license (Class B or higher).
