About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Bipolar Berlin. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting our Artist Managers in the care and management of our Bipolar Artists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning and Coordination: Plan and organize public performances (events, performances, PR appointments, etc.) in collaboration with the Live Agency / Sales / Brand Agency.
  • Travel Planning and Coordination: Plan and coordinate travel for our artists, including scheduling and calendar management.
  • Concept and Creation of Presentations: Develop and create presentations for our artists and their releases.
  • Development of Strategic and Creative Concepts: Develop strategic and creative concepts for our artists and their releases, both online and offline.
  • Content Creation: Plan, implement, and post content creation in collaboration with our artists.
  • Music Campaign Planning and Implementation: Plan and implement music campaigns from briefing to implementation, including follow-up.
  • General Research Tasks and Daily Business: Perform general research tasks and handle daily business independently.
  • Release Setup and Coordination: Ensure that all releases are set up smoothly in collaboration with the central units, and send important information to partners independently.
  • Marketing Budget Calculation and Cost Negotiation: Calculate marketing budgets and negotiate costs with Artist Managers and Artists.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least one year of experience as a trainee or assistant in the media and/or agency industry.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and confident demeanor.
  • Pop Culture and Music Knowledge: Knowledge of pop culture, music streaming services, and social media.
  • Teamwork and Creativity: Ability to work in a team, high level of creativity, flexibility, reliability, discretion, and loyalty.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and excellent English language skills.
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license (Class B or higher).
