CSA Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled CSA Supervisor to oversee construction activities on new build projects. As a key member of our team, you will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage construction activities on assigned projects, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, schedules, and budget estimates.
  • Coordinate construction work and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Monitor and maintain quality, procedures, and workflows on the construction site.
  • Review and approve on-site measurements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Participate in daily coordination and toolbox meetings to ensure effective communication and project progress.
Requirements
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Relevant education in construction, ideally in CSA/Civil Engineering.
  • Professional experience in construction supervision for investment projects.
  • Good knowledge of building laws, local regulations, and standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
