Site Supervisor - Construction

The ideal candidate for this Site Supervisor role will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in overseeing new build projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Manage high-tech industrial projects, focusing on quality, procedures, and workflows.
  • Coordinate construction work and subcontractors, ensuring seamless project delivery.
  • Review and approve on-site measurements, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance.
  • Participate in daily coordination and toolbox meetings, fostering open communication.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Relevant education in construction, preferably in CSA/Civil Engineering.
  • Professional experience in construction supervision for investment projects.
  • Good knowledge of building laws, local regulations, and standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
