Job Title: Senior Staff Engineer

Infineon Technologies AG is seeking a highly skilled Senior Staff Engineer to join our Development Center Dresden. As a key member of our OTP development team, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing innovative memory solutions for the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of one-time-programmable memory solutions that meet the high safety requirements for automotive applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate memory solutions into Infineon's products.
  • Develop new circuit concepts and verify their feasibility through transistor-level simulation.
  • Design and implement memory solutions using state-of-the-art analog chip design systems.
  • Support customers in integrating memory solutions into their products.
  • Review lab analyses and drive debugging efforts to ensure high-quality memory solutions.
Your Profile:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced engineer who can contribute to our success story in the Development Center Dresden. As a Senior Staff Engineer, you will have a degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in analog and mixed-signal circuit design. You should have a strong understanding of the semiconductor industry and be fluent in English. German language skills are a plus.
