Job Title: Embedded Memories Staff Engineer

At Infineon Technologies, we are seeking a highly skilled Embedded Memories Staff Engineer to join our team in Dresden, Germany. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for guiding the one-time-programmable memory design team and providing best-in-class automotive capable memory solutions for our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design of top-level schematics for memory products and integrate all sub-blocks
  • Develop new circuit concepts, prove their feasibility, and verify them
  • Design and verify analog chip designs using state-of-the-art tools
  • Support customers in integrating our memories into their systems
  • Review lab analyses, drive debugging, and support test development
  • Communicate with stakeholders and solve problems
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in analog and mixed-signal circuit design
  • Knowledge of the semiconductor industry is desirable
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Fluent English skills, German is a plus
